HR Consultant - Startup

We are looking for experienced HR Consultants for a new startup Global Consulting firm in the area of Business, Management & HR Consulting.

This role would be based at Mumbai, though would require to travel within the country and abroad, both for Business Development as well as Consulting assignment delivery.

You would need to have prior experience at Business Development and Consulting Assignment delivery in the following areas:

- Organisation Structuring

- Job Evaluation

- Competency Frameworks

- Performance Management

- Leadership Coaching

- Talent Management & Career frameworks

- Employee Engagement

- Conducting Training sessions for Middle & Senior Management

- Conducting diagnostics / surveys like Employee Engagement surveys, Compensation benchmarking, etc

- Designing Policies, processes & systems

The ideal candidate would be a management graduate with HR specialisation with decent corporate as well as consulting experience. Consulting experience is very critical.
