Experience: 5+ years

CTC Range: Rs 25-30 Lacs Per annum

Key Responsibilities:

You shall support the design and implementation of HR operating models and organisational structures, improve HR process efficiency, manage people risks, support change efforts to help the organisation to successfully transition to a future state, and advise organisation on a range of HR challenges.

- HR Process Efficiency & Policy

- You shall lead the delivery of transformation projects, demonstrate technical competence (Organisational Change Management, Organisational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex challenges.
