Key Responsibilities:
- Understand nature and scope of the project
- Participate in project kick of meeting with client and ask key questions to understand requirement
- Adopt a systematic approach in preparation of project plan and ensure inclusion of appropriate sequential activities that would help obtain the outcome as desired by client
- Discuss project plan with the team members and allocate clear work responsibilities
- Ensure team is clear on what is expected from them in terms of delivery to avoid re work
- Monitor progress of assigned work and track project timelines, deadlines, standards and targets
- Engage with key client stakeholders to commence the activities as per the project plan
- Use subject matter expertise to design critical deliverables that are sustainable and which would create a positive impact organization wide
- Review the deliverables made by the team and provide them with constructive feedback with an intention to improve quality of work
- Resolve client queries with an intent to exceed client expectations
- Provide project management support for multiple, concurrent projects
- Adhere to and oversee team adherence to internal processes built to facilitate project delivery
- Be at client site to address any concurrent issues during implementation
- Align with internal technology team to implement interventions in case of projects pertaining to systems
- Be prepared to promptly handle the changes in the project plan during the course of the project
- Ensure complete project closure and communication to client
- Promptly respond to any post project closure queries from client
- Manage project profitability by regularly monitoring on time delivery
- Network with key personnel from the organization and talk about Circular Angle offerings to gauge their interest or with an intent to get leads
- Understand the market and give ideas to devise new products / solutions
- Be mindful of the assigned KPIs and regularly seek feedback on own performance
- Invest time to build own knowledge and competencies
