A Leading Housing Finance Company is seeking to hire an HR Compliance Specialist with 6 - 10 yrs in Statutory Compliance and HR Operations.

- Designing policies, processes and systems to align with the new Acts, latest amendments.

- Expertise in Governance, Risk Management, Industrial Relations, Retirals, Employee Welfare and Benefits.

- Indepth knowledge of Statutory compliance of PF, PT,ESIC,LWF and other compliances.

- MBA with experience in Financial Services is preferred.
