Position Summary: The business acumen is supposed to develop and oversee the organization's control &amp; compliance to prevent non-conformity of legal &amp; statutory guidelines. The objective is to ensure all internal policies are compliant with statutory amendments and audits which happen from time to time. Job Summary: - Coordinate with the compliance partner &amp; legal team to ensure adherence to all statutory legal requirements at state &amp; country level - Draft, modify and ensure that regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated - Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits of selected HR processes - Assess the business's future ventures to identify possible compliance risks - Coordinate with Learning and Development to provide necessary compliance training to Human Resources, Managers and Employees - Partner with all functions of HR to ensure data &amp; process integrity - Prepare reports regarding compliance operations and progress - Manage special projects as requested - Perform other duties as assigned Skill Sets: - Good understanding of statutory employment &amp; labour laws at state &amp; local level - Worked with a compliance partner to drive necessary HR compliance - Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills - Competency in MS Office especially Excel &amp; PPT - Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning - Analytics driven thought process Experience: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Qualifications: - Graduate any discipline - Preferable undergraduate/ PG in law - Certified compliance professional is a plus ability
