HR Compliance Role - IT

Position: Hr. Compliance

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR processes to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and communicate updates to HR and management teams.

- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on compliance-related matters, including employee relations, discrimination, harassment, and disciplinary actions.

- Collaborate with legal counsel to interpret and apply labor laws and regulations appropriately.

- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as necessary.

- Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits related to HR compliance.

- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and managers on compliance requirements and best practices.

- Investigate complaints or concerns related to compliance issues and take appropriate corrective actions.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records related to compliance activities and investigations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in HR compliance.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams. Certification in HR auditing or compliance (desired).
