HR Communications Consultant (6MONTHS CONTRACT) for FMCG

We are looking for aspirational women professionals on break for 6 months project for the role of HR Communications Consultant. This role will be part of Corporate Human Resources based in Mumbai where you will be driving content development and management that support the employer brand and deliver targeted communication across policies, practices and programs using mediums such as print, internal HR portal and social media content across HR verticals.

- You are come with 4-6 years total work experience with maximum work break of 2 years.

- You come prior expertise in writing, PR, digital media and understanding of design language.

- We offer flexible working where you could choose reduced hours or work days on a fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
 
- Support the HR verticals in internal employee communications

- Design and development of the brand and content strategy for LinkedIn and Facebook Talent pages partnering with varied teams for content production and management, campaigns, leadership profile building and engagement

- Experiment with newer creative formats and tools for content development that cater to internal and external target audience

- Manage the content and updation of Internal HR Communications Portal

- Develop leadership communication and campaigns using online and on-ground campaigns

- Strong written communication skills

- Affinity to digital and experience in using multiple new age digital platforms

- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

- Excellent MS-Office skills and presentation skills

- Willingness and flexibility to travel to various regional offices/factories, spread across the country
