- Work with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan that is built for scale, keeping the business environment and priorities.
- Responsible for setting up people operations - guidelines, process and practices for the banking operations division.
- Acting as a grievance redressing system, solving complex employee relations query
- Analyzing metrics, trends with HR department
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Building upon HR strategies
- Providing policy guidance
- Coordinating with various business functions connecting business and employees
- Handling complete HR business partnering department
Desired Candidate Profile :
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partner role.
- MBA (HR) graduate is a must from Tier 1 Tier 2 institute
- Excellent Presentation and communication skills
