Position : HR Business Partner  Performance Management & Capability Development :   - Appreciate the Performance & Capability Framework, philosophy of the business / function / cohort and co-create capability agenda. Lead the same for Wines Business   - Co-own the Performance management process (P4G) to drive sharper adoption of goal setting, midyear and end year conversations  - Facilitate Goals Cascade and partnerships with CoEs to help address gap areas and identify solutions jointly  - Provide Talent CoE with a consolidated view on learning requirements for both functional and leadership capability development; Anchor capability development for employees in partnership with Talent CoE  - Support implementation of specific capability Initiatives and PMO to oversee execution across Pan India entities as applicable  Value Survey & People Engagement :  - Use inputs from various organizational forums, to identify HR interventions that can enhance organizational effectiveness and drive such initiatives  - Instrumental in driving effective engagement activities involving communicating change / culture building   - Support Value Survey Administration for Pan India Entities including Wines Business  - Drive & own Value survey Actionable for Wines and support action plan roll out for Supply/ Demand as required.  Talent Attraction & Management :  - Participate in Functional Leadership Team meetings to address people priorities, action plans and key updates. Support business decisions with a view on Talent  - Draw out the HR Wine Business Priorities and be the design and execute the GET program for Supply   - Undertake specific / identified projects on Talent Attraction / management including - Attrition analysis, functional induction program etc.   - Lead Talent Lifecycle management for Wines Business & support Supply & Demand teams as required  Field HR Facilitation - HR Ops :  - Resolve routine people management issues, policy management etc as Tier 3 escalation   - Resolve any grievances of employees and maintain smooth and effective implementation of day to day HR operations for Business Organization through SS   - Support review of existing HR policies and procedures, benchmark and identify improvement areas, prepare draft policy, consult business heads  - Be PMO of key work streams which are assigned to the role  - Champion the embedding of a compliance culture within organization
