Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design and Development:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to optimize organizational design.
- Contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
- Drive employee development programs in alignment with organizational goals.
Employee Metrics Analysis:
- Utilize business metrics to identify areas for improvement in retention and employee experience.
- Propose and implement systemic changes to enhance overall employee satisfaction.
Compensation Management:
- Lead annual and mid-year compensation cycles.
- Conduct salary planning and promotion assessments.
- Ensure compensation strategies align with organizational objectives.
Leadership Coaching:
- Provide coaching to senior leadership on building capabilities to address employee issues.
- Collaborate on strategies to enhance leadership engagement.
Talent Acquisition Collaboration:
- Work closely with talent acquisition teams to ensure timely delivery of hiring needs.
- Provide insights and support in aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HRBP experience, with a focus on Sales functions.
- Strong leadership engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong business and HR acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively across different organizational levels
