HRBP for an MNC client based @GGN
- 7-12 yrs of exp with IT/ ITES supporting global processes (Exp with travel process is a plus)
- Partnering with business, regional/functional HR business leads to develop a country specific People Agenda. Support the delivery of key HR processes and promoting initiatives in the relevant regional or functional HR strategy.
- Role/site HR head include - ER, compliance, LR & overall HR policies & procedures that enable Business leaders to make informed & appropriate people management decisions. Manage relationships with local regulatory bodies / ensuring compliance adherence
- Good education track / Excellent Communication / presentation skills (written & verbal)
Travel Domain is must .
