Key Responsibilities - Define the vision and mission deliver associated programs for the company to achieve the business goals from a mid to long term perspective through a strategic HR plan - Design and manage the HR processes from hire to retire employee life cycle for 150 employees during the first year. As the companies grows through organic and inorganic growth models, responsible for managing an exponentially increased employee base. - Strategize and lead all people related interventions like Talent Acquisition, PMS, Talent management, Compensation, talent reviews and exit management - Driving the learning and development interventions for all the employees across levels and facilitate in creating a culture of collaboration and collective success - Advise, counsel and guide the business leadership team in executing the HR plan - Build strong relationships internally to partner effectively with business and manage interactions - Drive change through organization design and culture and implement the same - Work very closely on employee relations- review of HR policies and processes and engaging with employees to address any concerns - Drive Performance cycle through an efficient system while working closely with the leadership - Custodian of all statutory and non-statutory compliances including payroll - Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction - Managing the day to day HR function and spearhead HR projects The Successful Applicant - Must have at least 10-16 years of work experience in HR in a generalist HR capacity with a strong business partnering experience - Must have a full time MBA from a premier institute - Candidates with knowledge of American compliances/ work experience with a US based MNC/ work experience with a startup will be preferred - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to spearhead initiatives and ensure effective implementation
