(Females Preferred).   Location : Patna (Will take care of Bihar Circle)   - Position is for leading Telecom operator for Bihar circle.   Job Description is as follows :   - Working as the HR Account Manager (also known as HR Business partner) supporting diverse businesses in the centre.   - This position involves handling end to end HR activities with special focus on Employee Engagement, Strategic Partnership with Business, Performance Management, and Employee Retention & Talent Management.   - Leading the Diversity & Inclusion portfolio for the centre by managing the D & I employee network and creating road shows for raising awareness on aspects like workplace inclusion, gender balance and cross culture working.   - Managing the entire HR activities like recruitment, induction, performance appraisal management, IR issues, Employee satisfaction survey and feedback, Training need identification, Training & Development.   - Instrumental in developing the compensation package for all the employees in the Company   - Involved in designing, implementing and training of SAP R3 - HR module   Competencies:   - Should be into best HR Practices and making new HR policies.   - Should have worked as HR Business Partner   - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral   - Self-motivated, take initiative and a good team player   - Good interpersonal skills and able to handle interfaces with different functions   - Possess good analytical and problem solving skills   - Being able to establish structures and processes for continuous improvement   - High level of integrity
