HR Business Partner - Telecom

Looking for a Sr level candidate in an HR Business Partner role at Mumbai. Candidates should have at least 8 years Generalist experience in Telecom companies. FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee smooth implementation and facilitation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, Orientation and Development for West RDU.

2. Facilitation of Performance Management System at Region level.

3. Facilitation of Compensation & Benefits System at Regional level.

4. Diagnose, design and implement business HR initiatives in partnership with stakeholders and Vendor partners and internal teams.

5. Employee grievance handling and problem-solving.

6. Facilitation of Employee Engagement programs at Regional level.

7. Facilitation of End-To-End HR deliverables for West

8. Ability to work directly with the team members to plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks.

9. Proactive Approach.

10. Liaison with Business leaders to ensure employee communication & engagement levels.

11. Custodian of employee welfare & key member to closure of ethics cases
