Job Objective :
To effectively Partner with the Corp Functions; align HR deliverable to develop function specific HR Plans, Budgets & Proposals in line with the needs of the Business units
Job responsibility:
- Planning and implementation of Corp Functions HR on-roll and off-roll AOP
- Design and maintain Corp Functions Organisation Structure
- Monitor attrition, hiring and HR budget
- Cascade and on time implementation of HR processes within the Corp Functions .
- Capability gap analysis, identifying training needs and capability building of Corp Functions employees along with L&D team
- Plan Business Specific HR interventions, basis Business Needs
- Talent criticality and potential review, succession planning and development plans for Corp Functions employees
- Publish HR Corp Functions Dashboard on Corp Functions Employee Engagement, Performance, Attrition, and Recruitment etc.
- Ensuring timely Business Incentives computation and Payment each quarter
- Drive transformation projects in Business HR as per requirement by business / organization
