Responsibility;

- HRBP - Prompt intervention for business specific HR interventions. Understand the training needs of the employees and get the same arranged with the help of L&D team. Playing the vital role in planning and organizing Employee Engagement Activities. Single point of contact for respective functions

- Employee Life Cycle - Managing on boarding and completing the joining formalities for new joiners. Managing Variance of Contract for existing employees and Facilitating Full and Final Settlements

- HRMS & Digitisation - Evolving and implementing Human Resource Management System models, restructuring processes and creating operational frameworks from scratch and aligning HR with core business. Development of Client Manager for better and cost effective personal data management.

- Employee Engagement and Insurance Benefits - Conducting Employee Engagement activities at regular intervals. Managing Mediclaim and Group Personal Accident policy for the entire organisation.

- Payroll Management - Managing the end to end payroll and reimbursement activities for on-roll employees

- Contractual Employees - Managing end-to-end recruitment, statutory compliance and contractor's payout.

- Formulation of HR strategies in Talent Management, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits and its implementation thereof. Played a pivotal role in the change management by shifting from traditional approach to professional way of HR environment.

Redefined JD of each position with focus on Functional and Behavioral competencies to have more clarity to people about their roles and accountability.
