HRBP position- Fortune 500 Telecom client
Looking for a Sr level candidate in an HR Business Partner role at Guwahati, for our client, a Fortune 500 Telecom company.
10-12 yrs experience, some in telecom, though could be currently working in some other sector
MBA is essential, though premier b-school background not essential
Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee smooth implementation and facilitation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, Orientation and Development for north-east Region.
2. Facilitation of Performance Management System in north-east.
3. Facilitation of Compensation & Benefits System in north-east.
4. Diagnose, design and implement business HR initiatives in partnership with stakeholders and Vendor partners and internal teams.
5. Employee grievance handling and problem-solving.
6. Facilitation of Employee Engagement programs in north-east.
7. Facilitation of End-To-End HR deliverables for north-east.
8. Ability to work directly with the team members to plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks.
9. Proactive Approach.
10. Liaison with Business leaders to ensure employee communication & engagement levels.
11. Custodian of employee welfare & key member to closure of ethics cases
12. Transitioning of Employees
