Job Summary: - This position reports to the CHRO and will involve working closely with senior stakeholders in the country and internationally as well. - The individual will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensure they realigned with the business goals. - The individual will need to analyze trends and metrics with the HR department, Resolve employee relations issues, and address grievances; develop strategies for people management, succession planning, and talent management for key managerial positions.&nbsp; - The individual will need to create a people plan for the business taking into account the wider HR agenda of the organization; implementing talent management processes for all employees within the business and providing thought-leadership on issues that may help improved operation and performance of the business. - The individual needs to have proven work experience as an HR business partner, Excellent communication and people management skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
