HRBP-Tech
- The role requires you to provide HR leadership and deliver a strategic workforce plan aligned with the overall business strategy. This would involve working closely with the Leadership team as an HR Partner, coaching and collaborating with the leaders to deepen their understanding of key People Issues, and working with them closely to build a strong, cohesive, and engaged team.
- The role would also involve working closely with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, T&D, Reward, and ER) and Global HRBPs and stakeholders to align with Company People Processes and deliver on overall HR Priorities.
- 8+ Years post-qualification HR experience with minimum 4 years in Business partnering-Tech
- Postgraduate Degree/MBA in HR from the Institute of Repute.
- Excellent eye for business and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of HR interventions
- Ability to design and deliver HR solutions in line with business priorities
- Ability to build & forge strong relationships with stakeholders and the ability to influence change
- Should continually look for opportunity areas & challenge the status quo to enhance efficiency & effectiveness
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented & organized
