HR Business Partner for the Technology organization. The HRBP will be ensuring the organization is mission capable and positioned to succeed in executing on its strategies. To that end, the HRBP will be accountable for leading the talent, performance, and change efforts that will enable the business to meet its goals and drive its transformation and growth agendas. This role will be based in Bangalore and will report to the VP, HR Business Partner supporting Technology & Global Servicing Group.
TALENT Leadership:
- Partner with business in identify emerging capabilities and roles required to achieve strategic goals
- Enable business in Staffing Critical Roles with Top Talent
- Ensure development plans and pathways are in place for Top Talent
- Ensure attrition and overall health of talent acquisition and retention channels are well-managed
- Partner with the organization to drive our diversity and inclusion priorities
PERFORMANCE Leadership:
- Play a key role in translating strategic outcomes into performance goals
- Drive alignment of scorecards to enterprise/corporate scorecards and mission-critical partner groups
- Support business in Setting a high bar for performance by defining high/low performance and holding leaders accountable to managing their talent against these standards
CHANGE Leadership:
- Serve as the expert in how change is led and sustained. Be actively engaged in significant change efforts, serving as a coach or advisor
- Ensure the organization works as designed, has a culture to support agility and develops resilient leaders who can lead, manage, and sustain change
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Establish proactive partnerships with human resources colleagues across markets and centers of excellence to ensure solutions are meeting business needs
- Work in partnership with the Market HR team across the big bets of Talent, Inclusion and Diversity, Leadership Effectiveness and CVP and embed these priorities in the business across the colleague management cycle.
ATTRIBUTES/EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum of 10+ years of Human Resources experience, with proven ability to build and maintain credibility with senior business partners.
- Ability to deliver on the talent, performance and change leadership imperatives outlined above
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to serve as an active participant in defining business strategy
- Strong pulse on the external marketplace and best practices
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with senior leadership, business partners and across HR
- Ability to innovate where central solutions don- t meet needs
- Ability to be comfortable with [the right] conflict
- Educational requirement: MBA Degree required
- Knowledgeable of Agile Technology organizations
