HR Business Partner - Technology - Tier 1/2 MBA
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as a steward of the current organizational culture, ensuring its preservation and integration in all business interactions.
- Conceptualize and implement strategic Business Partner (BP) initiatives and activities at the unit level.
- Foster employee engagement by facilitating connections and providing a pulse on the business to leaders, taking prompt actions as required.
- Execute established processes at the business unit level, ensuring alignment with central directives.
- Act as the primary contact for people-related inquiries within a specific business unit, overseeing on-the-ground operations.
- Analyze data and generate insightful reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Champion change by challenging existing processes to enhance their effectiveness and agility.
Qualifications:
- Possess an MBA in HR with 6-8 years of pertinent experience.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to anticipate and identify opportunities for process improvement, driving operational efficiency.
