About the Client:
Our client is an online music streaming platform and is looking to hire a HR Business Partner for their tech division. This role reports to the Global AVP Human Resources and is based out of Mumbai.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner and work with key business stakeholders on various HR processes and policies for Tech, Product and Design teams
- Ideate, implement, and execute customized initiatives for these teams as per business requirement
- Research and regularly identify innovative ways to engage with teams on regular basis
- Proactively identify and address critical employee concerns for these teams and drive them to closure in alignment with HR policies and stakeholders' recommendations.
- Support day-to-day HR activities for the departments with respect to hiring, confirmations, performance evaluations
- Support and facilitate HR operations with respect to insurance and medical reimbursements for all employees with our insurance partner and Finance team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6-8 years of relevant business partnering experience, preferably with technical teams in a fast-growing product-based organization
- Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels and across locations
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Google Suite
