HR Business Partner - Tech Startup (Series B-funded)
- To develop and implement HR (Human Resources) plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
- Business partnering with focus on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
- To identify, review and analyze trends, recommend best practices to achieve improved performance, better retention, employee experience, and drive cultural management.
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
- Assess training and learning requirements, adaptable to changing technology environment by Implement/administer/interpret corporate training policies/programs/procedures.
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. Focusing on performance management and talent development.
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Assess, design, and implement employee engagement initiatives within the technology vertical to improve overall retention.
- Providing support to the senior management on human resources related matters, policies, and procedures.
- Providing critical support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling.
