HR Business Partner - Tech/Gaming/Services

About client:

Our client is a leading creator, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment and services (Video Games), with a rich portfolio of world-renowned brands and is looking for an HR Business Partner in the Quality Control business unit. The role is based out of Pune and reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer

Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to attract high potential & diverse talent

- Ensuring the legal compliance is followed for the floor and data is submitted to respective stakeholders on time. Maintenance of Statutory Records & Registers as per the requirement of Law

- Understand the business needs and various roles in the department to ensure the right goal setting for individuals on the floor. Would be responsible for managing the performance evaluation and career progressions processes

- Work with HRBP's and the Training team on analyzing the training needs on the floor. Work on designing and driving implementation of training programs in co-ordination with Corporate T&D

- Prepare HR key imperatives for the year covering individual plans for relevant HR processes based on historical data, business requirements and priorities

- Act as a bridge between management and employees and create a network to ensure that the values and culture of the studio are respected and encouraged.

As a successful candidate :

- You come with minimum 8-12 years of experience in managing the HR function of a multinational organization

- You come with a MBA/PGDM degree in HR

- Candidates from Tech /Gaming/ Services background will be preferred
