Human Resource Business Partner : Tech

Job Summary:

As the HR Lead for the Global Technology organization, the incumbent holds a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of HR functions with a focus on Employee Engagement/Advocacy, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Career Development/Coaching, Talent Assessment, Acquisition, and Retention. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, this role contributes to the development and execution of human resource and talent strategies, emphasizing aspects such as recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership and people leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, adapting to the evolving needs of a dynamic environment. Implement effective change management plans as necessary.

- Proactively address employee challenges in collaboration with senior leaders, navigating a matrix organization to ensure timely resolution.

- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) like Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to provide robust support to the business.

- Coach managers and employees, translating company goals across all organizational levels, while balancing employee advocacy with organizational priorities.

- Stay abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.

- Foster a culture of high performance and employee engagement, identifying and nurturing a talent pipeline for key roles.

- Implement performance management practices, including leadership assessments, coaching, and providing timely feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's degree in human resources (Preferably from a Premium "B" School) with 6-10 years of HR experience, demonstrating stability with an average tenure of 3+ years per company.

- Strong stakeholder orientation and the ability to function effectively in a globally matrixed organization.

- Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and leadership skills.

- Collaborative decision-making ability.

- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong result orientation and change management skills.

- Quick rapport building and relationship development across all organizational levels.

- Advocacy for employees with an approachable demeanor.
