HR Business Partner - Talent Management & Talent Acquisition - FMCG/Pharma (2-5 yrs)

Reporting to - Vice President Human Resources

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Deputy - Manager/Manager

Role Emphasis : 70% Talent Management (TM) / 30% Talent Acquisition (TA) as an HR Business Partner

Primary Responsibilities :

Talent Management (TM) Focus:

- Identify and develop High Potentials (HiPots)

- Execute succession planning initiatives

- Conduct psychometric assessments

- Design and oversee the implementation of the annual training calendar

- Facilitate training programs for employee development

Talent Acquisition (TA) Focus:

- Manage managerial-level recruitments across units

- Oversee all regional recruitment activities

- Develop and implement a comprehensive young leadership program for campus hiring

- Formulate a management training philosophy for leadership development

- Enhance employer branding efforts

HR Business Partnering:

- Collaborate with unit heads to provide HR operational support

- Utilize a competency framework for effective decision-making

- Ensure effective communication and alignment of HR strategies with business objectives

Additional Skills:

- Possess knowledge of MIS (Management Information System) for data-driven decision-making

- Familiarity with SuccessFactors for efficient HR management

Education:

- Completed a Full-Time MBA program

- This role involves a dynamic blend of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partnering, requiring a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to meet organizational goals.
