We are Hiring an HR business partner for one of leading IT client.

The right person will thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, enjoy solving people problems, and pivot quickly. This role is all about crafting the people strategy of an operations organization, and enriching the support structure for management. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help build outreach programs and processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use critical thinking to effectively solve human resource issues

- Identify principles for utilizing, developing and conserving human resources

- Enhance the HR function through technology

- Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions based on data and statistics

- Leverage advanced knowledge and skills to succeed as a human resources generalist

- Take the lead on standardizing HR processes within the generalist function and drive efficiencies

- Facilitate employee connect programs in collaboration with the business, and actively participate in organizational initiatives and programs from an HR perspective

- Assist the HR Head to set up, align and implement HR strategy Implement all HR policies, processes and procedures

- Support organizational development

- Willing to work in a challenging and dynamic work environment

- Ensure HR is approachable, knows the pulse of the people, and is able to feed this information back to the business for any initiatives that may need to be carried out

Key Skills:

- 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, high tech space within HR, Operations or Talent Management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels

- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done

- An astutely confident professional, with a go-getter attitude and tenacity

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees

- Team player in a very fast-paced working environment

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, Strong prioritization and time management skills, Self-motivated and a self-starter
