As a Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Specialist with HR Analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, select, onboard and retain top talent for the organization. You will use HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve the organization's overall talent management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, offer letters, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization.

- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and develop workforce plans to meet those needs.

- Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including career development plans and employee engagement programs.

- Use HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve the organization's overall talent management strategy.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external talent sources, such as universities, industry associations, and professional organizations.

- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in talent acquisition and talent management.

Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and talent management, with a focus on using HR analytics to inform decision-making.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Experience developing and implementing talent management strategies, including employee retention and career development.

- Experience using HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS) preferred.
