Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Workforce Planning: Align HR strategies with the organization's growth plans to anticipate future talent needs and proactively address skill gaps and critical role requirements.
2) Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality talent to support business objectives, including cultivating relationships with key talent sources such as universities, institutes, and recruitment agencies.
3) Employee Experience Optimization: Drive initiatives to enhance the employee experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that fosters retention and productivity.
4) Employee Engagement and Well-being: Develop and implement innovative engagement and welfare programs that foster a positive work culture and promote employee well-being, thereby increasing overall employee satisfaction and productivity.
5) Employee Relations Management: Proactively manage employee relations issues to maintain a positive work environment and facilitate timely resolution of employee queries and concerns.
6) Performance Management Excellence: Lead the design and implementation of performance management processes that effectively measure and drive employee performance, including the establishment of clear KPIs, performance feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement strategies.
7) Rewards and Recognition Strategy: Develop and administer a comprehensive rewards and recognition framework that incentivizes and rewards high performance while ensuring fairness and equity across the organization.
