Talent Acquisition Business Partner Job Responsibilities : - Partnering with Business Heads to for workforce requirement - Planning, strategising and executing talent acquisition strategies and programs to fulfill workforce requirement - Designing campus recruitment programs, acting as a brand ambassadors for hiring future leaders - Building and maintaining relationships with Tier - 1 & Tier 2 B-School for campus recruitment - Sourcing candidates from various job boards for niche roles - Create the brief for any job postings to be advertised or promoted - Preliminary screening/shortlisting the right qualitative profile against the given requirement - Schedule interviews to short listed candidates and coordinate with technical panel/HR for shortlists & feedbacks. - Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till the date of joining, close Follow-Up. We are looking for : - MBA from Tier 1 B School - Minimum 2 years of experience as Talent acquisition business partner - Strong sourcing skills is a must. - Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills - Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) - Experience & comfortable with full life cycle recruitment
