My client is one of the fastest & biggest MNC in the FMCG space. As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are currently looking at hiring HR Business Partner for their Supply Chain & Logistics function.
Job Description :
Reporting into Associate Director HR, your responsibilities would include the following:
- Drive the culture of the organisation in line with the vision of the company
- Facilitate implementation of company's polices at regional level
- Work in close liaison with Regional Director to introduce new HR practices
- Work closely with the corporate L&D team to identify the training needs across region and drive them end to end
- Work on budgeting exercises with respect to hiring requirements across the plants
- Negotiate with unions on issues pertaining to wages, incentives etc. and work as a bridge between the unions and the management committee
- Work directly with Plant HR Managers and ensure smooth implementation of all HR policies & procedures
- Liaise with various statutory bodies across the region as and when required
- Lead Talent Management end to end for the entire region
Profile :
My client is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5+ years of experience having worked as a HR Business Partner for factory/Supply Chain function. You should be a Full Time MBA from a Top Tier college only. Furthermore, you should come with excellent communication & presentation skills.
