HRBP - Supply Chain
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies aligned with the Supply Chain or Plant function objectives.
- Identify workforce requirements, skill gaps, and succession plans to support long-term business needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the Supply Chain or Plant function.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires and ensure their productivity.
- Work on talent development and succession planning initiatives to foster a pipeline of skilled individuals.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, addressing grievances and concerns within the Supply Chain or Plant function.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and processes to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and career development.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the Supply Chain or Plant function and design development programs accordingly.
- Facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employees' skills and knowledge in their respective roles.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations within the Supply Chain or Plant function.
- Guide on compliance matters, such as labor laws, safety regulations, and ethical practices.
- Support organizational change initiatives within the Supply Chain or Plant function, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce performance and efficiency within the Supply Chain or Plant function.
- Prepare reports on key HR metrics for management review and decision-making purposes.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders within the Supply Chain or Plant function to address HR-related needs and challenges.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, offering HR insights and guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Continuously assess HR processes and practices within the Supply Chain or Plant function, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
