The HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Supply Chain will be a key contributor to the success of our Supply Chain operations by aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires a strategic HR professional with a deep understanding of the supply chain domain and a proven track record of implementing impactful HR programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner closely with Supply Chain leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and support business growth objectives.

- Provide expert guidance and support on various HR initiatives including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop comprehensive workforce plans to ensure the availability of skilled talent to meet business needs.

- Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs within the Supply Chain function, including leadership development, succession planning, and competency mapping.

- Act as a change agent, driving cultural transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain team to foster a high-performance, inclusive work environment.

- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver specialized HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

- Support managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

- Lead and facilitate talent review discussions, identifying high-potential employees and developing career growth and development strategies.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, applying relevant insights to enhance HR strategies within the Supply Chain function.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives, leveraging expertise and resources to drive successful outcomes.
