HR Business Partner - Steel Business - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (5-7 yrs)
Designation - HR Business Partner
Location - Mumbai (HO)
Industry - Manufacturing (Steel)
Experience - 5-7 years (Premier B-School will be preferable)
We are looking for an HR Business Partner for our Steel Business.
Candidates with relevant exposure in Manufacturing Industry with 5-7 years of experience can apply.
A full time MBA degree is a mandatory.

Job Description :
- Incharge of all gamut of HR programs and processes for the Steel Business
- Responsible for manpower budget and managing end to end employee lifecycle from hiring to separation, including onboarding, confirmations, benefits implementation, capability development, career paths, TNI, appraisals, engagement, exit interviews, analytics, business HR insights, value add programs, etc.
- Partnering with business to drive all HR programs for Steel Business
- Assist the BU Head in driving all HR interventions
- Developing the recruiter (training, review & skill enhancement)
- Maintaining all relevant MIS for business decisions & reporting.
