HR Business Partner - Startup

We are hiring for a well-funded start-up based out of Gurgaon. Start-up is looking for a HR-BP with 6 to 8 years of experience in HRBP role with significant exposure of running PMS cycle in a renowned organization / Start-up.

- Candidate should be highly Energetic and matured professional with excellent communication skills and managed diverse stakeholder management.

Key Attributes :

- To run PMS cycle for employees with cerebral bend of mind

- Organization Development and Talent Management

- To take HR initiatives and manage or coach the junior teams

- Change Management / Process improvement

Desired Skills and Expertise :

- Must be 2 years full time MBA HR from a reputed institute

- 6 to 8 years of experience in HRBP role

- Prefer to have team management experience.
