The role will lead HR overall with a key focus on employee engagement, employer branding, manage performance, and overall help in scaling up of the organization and controlling attrition.
Responsible for building great culture and people practice for the organisation.
The Role :
- Head and create the HR function from ground up.
- Work closely with the founders to build a great culture and a great leadership team.
- Build and implement new HR strategies to create a high performance team.
- Design and run the recruitment process.
- Build rock-solid onboarding, engagement and retention processes.
- Design and improve policies and procedures across compensation and rewards.
- Manage grievances if any.
- Develop full remote culture within the organization.
