HR Business Partner - Startup

We are looking for dynamic HR professionals who are keen to explore multi-faceted HRBP roles in Startups. The incumbent should be both have the following:

- Strategic and Operational.

- Be data and process driven

- Creative, willing to work in ambiguity. Should be able to see, seek order in chaos

- Take initiatives and bring new ideas to the discussion table offering strategic view points.
