Talent Acquisition:
- Working closely with management on all the recruitment initiatives to ensure efficiency in hiring practices
- Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle and ensuring adherence to the process
- Leading effective and fast recruitment processes for internal hires and successfully hired for Technical, Business
- Development and Leadership positions
- Interfacing with potential candidates and successfully achieving the defined targets set for the Recruitment Team; conducted interviews and hired for various Bus, Aerospace and Defense such as Drones, Counter Drones, UAV's, Missile,
- MRO, Land System Defense along with Other BUs such as Aviation, Aluminum, Oil & Gas and so on
-Compensation & Benefits: Designing compensation philosophy, keeping right pay mix for different grades and preparing company pay grade design
- Employee Engagement: Ascertaining prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial employee relations
- Managing people connect programs, running employee diagnostics and driving engagement initiatives
- Planning & executing virtual engagement plans for staff based remotely
- Dealing with overall exit formalities including exit analytics, exit interviews, filling of exit clearance forms and issuance of experience and relieving letters
- Generating an ER/ IR Play Book by country (where applicable); developing an ER/ IR Calendar & Communications Plan
- Payroll: Supervising payroll processing functions involving computation of salaries, attendance, leave, extra works, compensatory offs, adjustment days, promotions and so on Workmen Compensation Policy, GPA Policy, WC Claim follow-up with insurance and payment to WC commissioner
