- Excellent role to be an HR Business Partner for a Global Shared Services Centre
- Be a part of a merticratic and high performance culture in MNC environment
- The Candidate will be a single Point of Contact for all related queries
- Derive insights from analysis and develop interventions
- Address pockets of concerns like attrition, increments etc through analytics
- Handle the entire employee lifecycle analytics
- Responsible for Managing the overall Talent Management agenda
- Strong stakeholder management
- Collaborate with teams to address business issues and influence change using strategy, industry and analytical skills
- Must come with a robust understanding of HR process enhancements and improvisations
- Senior stakeholder management experience is a must have
- Should have managed a large employee base (500+) with diverse skillset
- Ability to handle group of Top tier/hi-potential talent is a must have
- Should be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and ever changing business environment
- Agility and flexibility in work as well as thought process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
