Purpose of the role : This role is responsible for the design, implementation and operations of Shared Service strategy supporting the end-to-end Associate life cycle.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Design and execute talent management initiatives, to ensure achievement of defined outcomes
- Ensure development and implementation of Performance Management Process, as per the defined guidelines
- Develop and ensure implementation of Training Calendar for each Business / Function, as per the approved budgets
- End to end manpower plan management and talent acquisition process for shared services.
- Management of HR Budget for Shared Services Function
- Lead and manage all HR operational processes related to Associate lifecycle in alignment with regional compliances and organizational policies and provide strategic direction to the team.
- Support Payroll & Compliance function to improve efficacy, efficiency and accuracy in all processes that drive the organization's processing of multiple pay cycles in Geos.
Ideal Candidate :
- MBA with 8 years of progressive experience in a global and matrixed environment, with ability to influence leaders and is able to build and nurture relationships across organization.
- Experience of managing teams in an HR shared service environment that provides a wide range of services across the full Associate lifecycle.
