Our Client is one of the leading semiconductor company in India, looking HR Business Partner with the experience in recruitment and resolving all business queries across the company for mid/Jr employees. He/ She will work closely with Executive Recruitments and help in maintaining proper staffing strength for the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Be the face of HR in the company. Front end all HR activities.
- Responsible for recruitment of positions across the company.
- Need to maintain the staffing strength % of the Company.
- Plan a talent recruitment strategy for the company and each position.
- Get involved in Employee engagement activities.
- Track employee engagement scores and work proactively to improve them.
- Lead campus recruitments
- Brand building for Talent
- Proactively reduce attrition.
- Meet Business Goals via HR intervention.
- Use PI as a Psychometric tool to improve the cultural fit.
COMPLEXITY OF TASKS :
- Requires understanding of HR Value chain and Business.
- Requires interface with internal & external groups & Clients.
- Requires strong written & verbal communication skills for negotiating and attracting talent.
- Ability to frame a strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HRBP.
- Recent experience working in Manufacturing /Electrical/Electronics companies will be an added advantage.
Skills Required :
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good Communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, accessible, and responsive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Agile & Proactive.
