HR Business Partner - SBU (Pharma) (8-10 yrs)

Role:

- Strategic HR partnership to the Business on People Strategy, Organization Design, Talent planning, Engagement & Development of Talent to support business growth

- Incumbent will be the HR BP Lead for the SBU

- Work on various aspects of HR like Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management & Development etc.

- Will have 2 people reporting into this role

- Will have to also manage senior management in the SBU from an HR BP perspective

Requirements:

- MBA (HR)

- 8-10 yrs of experience as an HR business partner in the Pharma/ FMCG/ Consumer Goods organisations, preferably from an MNC organisation

- Should have strong HRBP experience and should have handled various areas of HR including Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management & Development etc.

- Should have also handled senior management in an SBU from an HR BP perspective.
