Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Ensure a seamless execution of all HR programs and processes within the region 2. Administer region-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards and recognition etc. 3. Review and analyze employee-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience 4. Ascertain specific training needs of employees across all levels through mapping of skills required for positions and facilitating training programs 5. Ensure smooth end to end implementation of the employee engagement framework by executing employee engagement calendar Required skills & abilities : - Adeptness and ability to cope with a fast-paced work environment by being hands-on - Passionate about innovative HR solutions and process improvement - Strong stakeholder management skills - In-depth understanding of HR functions and practices - Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities and analytical skills - Operating Network: The position reports to Sales & Mktg HR Head with one associate reporting to the role. Academics and Experience : - Graduation in any discipline, post-graduation in MBA or equivalent in Human Resources from a top tier institute - 6 +yrs. of work experience preferably in Sales HR in manufacturing/ automotive/ FMCD organization supporting large and distributed employee work groups
