Job Description : The incumbent will play a key role in driving People Charter for Abrasive Marketing Group vertical of GNO Business. Major responsibilities include end to end implementation of HR practices, policies and processes. Key KPIs : - Accountable for Manpower Planning, Staffing and driving End to End recruitment across Sales &amp; Marketing vertical as per service level agreements. - Ensure consistent, effective and efficient management of Employee Life Cycle across Zonal &amp; Branches offices - Partner with the business for defining and delivering on boarding plan for all new joiners ; engage with them to a 30, 60 and 180 days informal coffee table chats to understand any assimilation issues and assist Business HR on proactive identification of individuals for a need based orientation program. - Be an employee champion to understand and address employee issues; drive HR connects. Understand and address employee grievances, issues; through regular employee interactions - Conceptualize &amp; Drive Employee Engagement initiatives across Zonal &amp; Branch offices aimed at encourage employee involvement - Facilitating effective implementation of Performance Review System ; handhold employees in branch locations on the execution of PRDMS and address doubts/clarifications. - Provide all necessary support to Business HR Lead on the effective execution of Compensation &amp; Benefits cycle &amp; deployment of Reward &amp; Recognition schemes - Carry out exit interviews, gauge the reasons for exit, take employee feedback that we can work on to in order to retain our status of employer of choice Preferred Qualifications : - Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Human Resource Management - Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience - Experience in Recruitment &amp; MIS ; Experience in conducting employee facing activities - Experience in HR Business Partnership will be an added advantage is preferred. - Passionate to Deliver; Strong Commitment for Results : Good Communication Skills - written &amp; oral - High on Customer Centricity : Ability to communicate with employees and gauge/sense from the conversation - Functional and Practicing Recruitment Skills, Analytical/MIS related skills
