HRBP Sales, Kerela (Leadership role)
Key result areas :
As a People Partner, you will partner with the key stakeholders from the department and leverages the Human Resources team for business deliverables. You will :
- Partner with the business leadership team and support in driving organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and learning and development.
- Work towards conceptualizing and implementing organization structuring interventions and role based organizations to streamline career progression.
- Be an independent advisor to the Business Head in all HR related matters.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for all requisitions.
- Ensure proper functional onboarding of the new joiners and draw a clear picture of their KRAs & KPIs.
- Partner and drive performance reviews along with business.
- Analyze trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data.
- Drive specific engagement initiatives (targeted 1-1 discussions, focused group discussions, etc.) to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams.
Candidate Specification :
- Post-Graduate with specialization in HR from tier I/II B-Schools.
- 7- 12 years of experience working as a HR Business Partner in a dynamic organization.
- Industry preferred would be consumer internet/ fact paced growing organization/ hyper growth startups.
- Should have handled an employee strength of 2000+ dynamic, aggressive workforce.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-starter who plans and executes initiatives and brings them to a closure independently.
- The candidate should be well versed in Malayalam language
