HR Business Partner - Sales

Looking for candidates with 3-8 years experience in HRBP role (including recruitment).
Education : Full time MBA in HR
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the sales department's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to sales leaders on various initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Partner with recruiting teams to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new sales hires.
- Work with sales managers to identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance sales capabilities.
- Provide guidance on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for sales employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Proactively address employee relations issues and provide coaching and guidance to sales managers on effective conflict resolution.
- Implement strategies to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention within the sales organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Partner with compensation and benefits teams to develop and administer competitive sales compensation plans.
- Ensure that sales compensation plans are aligned with business objectives and market benchmarks.
- Educate sales employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs and policies.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the sales organization.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related legal issues or concerns.
- Implement HR policies and procedures within the sales department and ensure consistent application and enforcement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics and data related to sales performance, turnover, and employee engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR and sales effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for sales leadership and HR management.
Project Planning and Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to define project goals and success metrics aligned with sales department objectives.
