All HR Functions for the Sales office in Gurgaon.

The main inter phase between the Corporate office and the Sales Office.

We are looking for somebody with experience of handaling HR for a Sales driven organisation or Sales team in particular.

- Leading the Compensation strategy of the organization and ensuring that it is aligned with the hiring philosophy, performance management philosophy and people strategy of the organization, while at the same time ensuring both parity within the organization and appropriate placement in the industry

- Taking the lead role in setting the HR strategy by partnering with the business

- Developing the workforce capabilities specific to each business unit through the Training and Development function

- Facilitating a culture of continuous improvement by developing & implementing organizational development initiatives and employee engagement frameworks that encompasses all business units

- Driving a culture of use of HR analytics in business decision making

- Develop strong business understanding and enabling managers in effective execution.

- Assist with implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes (e.g. annual promotions, annual performance management,) according to geographic/entity guidelines.

- Support career counselors and supervisors in the career development of all assigned personnel by providing guidance on career plans, coaching, and advising/approving required and elective training appropriate for their development.

- Support on-going performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance and training on delivering and receiving feedback, contributing to and reviewing formal input, discussing personnel issues, and supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans.

- Team with other HR Representative Generalists to share best practices and contribute to knowledge capital.
