- Continue to build sustainable engagement touch points with employees through initiatives such as engagement activities, round tables and open houses, PR Walk-through's etc.

- Sustainable commitment to community - CSR initiatives and programs at the store & organization level

- Build Employee Capability

- Continued emphasis on building a Learning Organization through initiatives like KNOB, Coffee Master Program etc.

- Focus on building sustainable processes for long term growth

- Designed and implemented Change Management initiatives as we grow to a mid-sized organization

- Driving Key Partner Resources Systems & Processes (Performance Management, OPP, HRMS processes, Corrective Action)

- Implementation of the Business Intelligence Tool for HR Analytics
