We are one of the top Executive Search firms named "Jaden Executive Search & Recruitment Specialist". We provide services across sectors to our big shot corporate clients in India. Most of our clients are from Banking, Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing etc.

We are looking for HR Business Partner for the fastest growing FMCG businesses in its operating geographies of Asia the Middle East and Africa, with revenues of over Rs.7700 Crore. Its businesses include personal wash products, skincare products, male grooming products, toiletries, wellness products, household products, electrical wire devices, domestic and commercial Lighting and modular office furniture. It has a strong brand presence with significant market share across segments in India, South East Asia, East Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Position - HR Business Partner

Reporting to - Business Head & Consumer Care HR Lead in a matrix reporting environment.

Location - Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position is an Individual Contributor (IC Role) handling entire employee lifecycle management for PAN India business operation. Incumbent will have to work closely with the leadership team to establish people agenda which underpins and supports the delivery of business goals and drives employee engagement.

This role will involve 4 key pillars of HR Business Partnering: -

1. HR Operation: Managing complete employee life cycle, building trusted relationships and on time completion of important employee life cycle milestones.

2. People Processes: Participate in the development and implementation of human resources processes and programs, including but not limited to new employee assimilation, performance management, organizational development, employee rewards and recognition, learning and development and the annual talent reviews, 360 surveys & compensation review process.

3. Employee Engagement: Handling of routine employee issues including disciplinary matters, grievance handling, change management and counselling. End to end responsibility of executing the engagement calendar for the division.

4. Recruitment: End to end Talent Acquisition process for Yardley vacancies from sourcing till offer negotiation & providing a delightful onboarding experience.

Skills/Qualifications:

1. MBA from a good institute, with 4-10 years of experience post-MBA

2. Strong communication and influencing skills paired with excellent judgment, analytical and conceptual skills.

3. Ability to work in a matrix reporting structure with good stakeholder management skill.

4. Ability to work across the business and with multiple stakeholders to implement and execute change.

5. Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.

Key Requirements:

Open to work for 5.5 working days in a week.

Keen to have 'Hands On' HR experience for a highly aggressive, growth-oriented Sales team structure.
