- Handling pure partnering role

- Responsible for handling sales & services function of three divisions

- Would be more involved into handling hr strategy role

- Had to take care of Hr intervention

- Majorly involved in dealing with Business partners of Manpower planning, talent management

- Had to take care of Performance Management of all employees

- This in an individual contributor role

- Reporting to Head of Hr

- Talent Acquisition, Compensation and benefit, and Learning and Development would be excluded from this current role
